Long-Term Care Pharmacist

The Long-Term Care Pharmacist will provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in assisted living and long-term care settings , with a focus on safe and effective medication management and quality patient care, as well as day-to-day pharmacy operations across multiple pharmacy locations throughout the Tampa Bay area. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with long-term care patients and healthcare teams, counsel patients, manage complex medication cases, and contribute to the development of innovative pharmacy services. Unlike traditional retail pharmacy roles, this position provides the time and autonomy to focus on quality patient care, medication management, and meaningful relationships with patients and healthcare providers. This is a full-time salaried position, typically working 40-45 hours per week . This position provides pharmacist coverage across multiple pharmacy locations. The primary coverage area includes Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg, with occasional travel between pharmacy locations and to additional locations in Zephyrhills and Dade City as business needs require.
