The Daycare Director oversees the daily operations of a childcare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This role involves managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering positive communication with parents and the community to support the center's mission and goals.

Responsibilities
Manage and support daycare staff to maintain high-quality care and education
Ensure compliance with all state and federal childcare regulations
Oversee budgeting and financial planning for efficient center operation
Develop and monitor educational curriculum to meet developmental standards
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and center updates
Manage enrollment and coordinate waitlists effectively
Maintain facility operations including safety and cleanliness standards
Coordinate staff training and professional development activities
Lead program development initiatives to enhance services offered

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in early childhood education management
