With offices in Huntington Beach and San Mateo, we're now building the next generation of AI-native lending tools, and hiring a Senior Product Manager to help lead that work. The Opportunity We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own customer-facing product areas that shape how 1,100+ customers use our platform daily. You’ll lead features like our portal, reporting tools, tax & compliance workflows, and data validation systems, supporting billions in loan volume. You’ll join a growing Product team, partnering closely with the CPO to drive strategy and roadmap. Our customers range from private lenders to fund managers, municipalities, and non-profits, giving you exposure to diverse use cases at scale. This role offers strong ownership for a senior IC ready for strategic work, with clear growth into management for high performers. What You'll Own Strategic Product Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle end–to–end: Lead ideation, discovery, validation, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration of strategic product features. Mentor and guide product team members in best practices and strategic thinking (player-coach). Drive prioritization. Balance customer requests, strategic initiatives, and technical debt Define and track success metrics tied to retention, adoption, and revenue impact Make tough trade-off decisions on what to build, what to defer, and what to kill Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Customer Success and Support to understand pain points, churn drivers, and adoption barriers Collaborate with Sales to identify competitive gaps and revenue opportunities Coordinate with Engineering on technical approach, capacity planning, and delivery Drive go-to-market efforts with marketing for major features Transform customer feedback and business needs into clear product requirements Own your backlog: prioritize based on customer impact, business value, and feasibility Drive features from discovery through launch, ensuring quality and adoption Balance new feature development with operational stability and technical debt Develop deep expertise in loan servicing operations and customer workflows Conduct customer research and discovery to validate problem/solution fit Build relationships with strategic customers to gather feedback and validate direction What You Bring Required 5-8 years product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of owning complete feature lifecycles. Demonstrated ability to lead discovery, validation, delivery, and iteration — with measurable outcomes. Strong analytical orientation with experience defining and tracking meaningful product metrics. Skilled at mentoring and influencing others without direct reporting structure. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership. Customer-centric mindset with a bias toward strategic thinking and execution excellence. Technical aptitude. You can work effectively with engineering on complex systems and technical decisions.
