Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible travel assignment, dependent on facility needs

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to post-ICU patients requiring close monitoring
• Accurately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate specialized monitoring equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management
• Educate patients and families on health status, recovery processes, and care plans
• Meticulously document nursing assessments, interventions, and progress
• Respond rapidly to emergency situations and utilize critical thinking under pressure

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (in good standing)
• Recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to interpret patient data
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and patient advocacy skills
