This role will focus on identifying opportunities to scale operations, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives that enable business growth. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that scale business operations and optimize efficiency. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Assist in driving strategic initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions. Support cross‑functional teams to execute strategic projects, ensuring milestones and goals are met. Create detailed reports, business cases, and presentations for key stakeholders. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations that could impact the company’s growth strategy. Develop data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making and strategic planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or internships related to these areas. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and basic knowledge of business intelligence platforms is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills Internship or project experience in business or strategy development. Interest in innovation or technology‑driven industries. Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
