We provide one on one care to the people who helped build our nation's energy industry.Duties / Responsibilities:Provide compassionate personal care.Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, eating, and mobility while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.Ensure safety and supervision - monitor for wandering, falls, confusion, and other safety risks. Maintain a calm, structured environment and promptly report any changes in condition to the nurse.Support communication and emotional well being. Use patience, reassurance, and simple, clear communication to reduce anxiety, encourage engagement in meaningful activities. Build trust with the client and family.Requirements / Qualifications:Current NAC license in accordance with Washington state regulations.Understand dementia related behaviors, effective communication techniques, person centered care, and strategies for managing confusion, agitation, and memory loss.Strong interpersonal and observation skills. Demonstrate patience, compassion, reliability, and the ability to recognize and report changes in physical condition, cognition, or behavior promptly.Current CPR / First Aid.
