Physical Therapist - Full Time

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active-whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy License required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or interest working with an adult patient population in outpatient settings focused on workplace injury and occupational medicine.
• Experience or familiarity with orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention preferred.
• Comfort providing patient education on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
• Experience with or willingness to use the Prognosis EMR.
• Open to new graduates and relocation candidates.

Role Details:

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic serving adults with workplace injuries and occupational medicine caseloads.
• Patient volume: Approximately 12-14 patients per day. Clinic adds a therapy tech when volume reaches 14-16 patients.
• Multidisciplinary environment with chiropractic services on staff.
• Openings in multiple California locations including Stockton, Modesto, Soledad, Salinas area, and a new site in National City pending buildout.
