Our Cardiovascular Clinic is a close-knit highly collaborative team dedicated to improving patients heart health every day. As Clinical Operations Manager youll provide leadership and operational oversight while fostering a positive high-performing team culture. Partnering closely with physicians APPs nurses and support staff youll help drive efficient clinic operations quality outcomes continuity of care and an exceptional patient experience.

How youll contribute

A Clinical Operations Manager who excels in this role:

• Assists with developing specific departmental goals standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.

• Manages staff relations including performance management staff satisfaction and conflict management.

• Performs and oversees scheduling staff development recruitment payroll and student engagements.

• Monitors departmental budgets regulatory compliance departmental contracts and vendor relations.

• Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases monitors usage and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.

• Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patience care services with patients staff physicians and other departments.

• May provide patient care when necessary.

• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.

What were looking for

Applicants should possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelors preferred).

Additional requirements include

• Current State of Michigan LPN or RN License (RN preferred)

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

• 5-years office management experience (preferred)
