Comprehensive benefits: 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability, critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity coverage Paid holidays and vacation Ongoing training to develop your skills and advance your career Supportive, team-oriented culture built on integrity and accountability What You'll Do Execute residential HVAC installations with precision, following company standards Lead and mentor installation helpers to ensure high standards and efficiency Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert advice and addressing questions Maintain accurate project records and documentation Ensure company tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained Serve as a key contact for customers, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout each job Collaborate with your team to meet project timelines and quality expectations Measure ductwork accurately and handle related installation tasks What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience EPA Certification (NATE certification a plus) Must pass a background check and random drug tests Valid driver's license with a clean record Physical ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr USA Hometown Experts
