Want additional surgical or dental confidence before stepping into practice? New graduates have access to our 5-day Surgical Mentorship Program, offered year-round in small groups and providing approximately 2040 hands-on surgeries, as well as a 2-day Dental Wet Lab at our Dental Training Facility in Texas, led by our own veterinary dental specialist.

For cases requiring additional expertise, our veterinarians have the ability to consult directly with board-certified specialists within our network, providing another layer of clinical support and helping doctors confidently work through more challenging cases while maintaining continuity of care.

Our team supports doctors through diagnostics, anesthesia and surgical monitoring, dentistry, treatments, laboratory work, patient handling, and client educationallowing veterinarians to focus on practicing high-quality medicine and building meaningful client relationships.

Facility & Medical Capabilities: As an AAHA-accredited hospital, Center for Animal Health regularly undergoes comprehensive evaluations across areas including patient care, surgery, anesthesia, diagnostic imaging, safety, exam facilities, and client service. The hospital offers state-of-the-art testing and diagnostics, radiology, ultrasound, comprehensive dentistry, routine and advanced surgery, acupuncture, laser therapy, pain management, and additional advanced-care capabilities.

Who We're Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
