With a portfolio of over 120 glasses, we master the value chain, from development to finishing and metrology.Your ContributionLead the planning and execution of technical, production, customer, and development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, schedules, and resource requirementsDefine project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, and success criteria while ensuring compliance with established project management standards and methodologiesManage complex projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring achievement of quality, cost, timing, and customer satisfaction objectivesCoordinate and lead cross-functional project teams involving Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and external partnersFacilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication of project status, risks, issues, changes, and achievements throughout the project lifecycleMonitor project performance, budgets, schedules, resources, and key milestones, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure successful outcomesAnalyze operational and project data to support decision-making, identify improvement opportunities, and drive project effectivenessLead implementation of new technologies, equipment, production processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational readinessSupport new product introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating industrialization efforts and ensuring seamless transition from product development to serial productionEnsure complete project documentation, process specifications, work instructions, training materials, and handover requirements are established to support sustainable and compliant operationsPerform other duties as assignedYour ProfileBachelor's degree [preferrably Master's degree] in Engineering, Science, Production Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline requiredMinimum of 3-5 years of experience leading technical, manufacturing, production, engineering, process improvement, or development projectsProven experience serving as a Project Manager, Sub-Project Manager, Work Package Owner, or similar leadership role within an industrial or manufacturing environmentDemonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing scope, timeline, budget, quality, and resource requirementsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, risk management practices, and project lifecycle executionExperience coordinating cross-functional teams across Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Procurement, Sales, and Product DevelopmentExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse groups without direct authorityStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented approach to project executionWorking knowledge of manufacturing operations, production processes, industrialization, New Product Introduction (NPI), and continuous improvement principlesFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement methodologies, and basic business and financial principles preferredFluent English communication skills, both written and verbalYour BenefitsExcellent healthcare benefits including medical, dental and visionShort and long term disability Tuition reimbursement Paid time offPet insurance Other supplemental benefits available upon electionPlease feel free to contact usYou can expect interesting tasks and challenging projects, as well as motivated and friendly teams in fields that influence our future.
