About This Role The Registered Nurse Lactation Lead is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients' clinical needs, and providing individualized nursing care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to take on a leadership position within a supportive healthcare environment. Highlights Pay: $36 - $69/hour Location: Salem, MA Facility: North Shore Medical Center, Inc. Schedule: Part-Time What You'll Do Interpret the plan of medical care for patients. Assess patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care. Ensure nursing care is provided safely and competently. Provide individualized nursing care for groups of patients. Act in a lead capacity to other nursing staff. Requirements Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience: 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience required Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) preferred About Mass General Brigham Mass General Brigham is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
