We are actively creating a culture of wellness and purposeful living for both residents and employees Simply put, as a part of the caregiver team, you will: Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living Mountain Glen (independent living, assisted living) provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Bellingham, Oak Harbor, Arlington, Stanwood and La Conner.
