Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Recreation Attendants to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing and executing a variety of activities for all hotel guests, including our Water Park, recreation areas, and outdoor sporting facilities. Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead exciting recreational activities for guests of all ages, ensuring everyone has a fantastic time. Oversee multiple areas simultaneously, demonstrating creativity and promoting a fun, interactive atmosphere. Engage with guests, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring their needs are met with a smile. Maintain cleanliness and organization of recreational areas and equipment. Monitor the safety of guests during activities, enforcing safety rules and creating a secure environment. Set up and break down equipment for activities and events, making sure everything runs smoothly. Share information about resort amenities and activities, helping guests make the most of their stay. Assist in planning and executing special events and programs that will wow our guests. Comfortable working primarily in an outdoor environment with all aspects of recreational activities under all weather conditions. Open availability to work weekends and holidays is required Must present an appropriate public presence in grooming, dress, poise, and social etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as with others. Comfortable with public speaking.
