Our hygienists play an important role in helping patients understand their periodontal health, stay ahead of disease, and connect their oral health with their overall well-being. You'll work closely with an experienced clinical team in a practice built around compassionate, patient-centered care. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care Complete periodontal assessments and charting Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planing as appropriate Take diagnostic dental x-rays Educate patients about periodontal health, prevention, and home care Have meaningful oral-systemic health conversations Build long-term patient relationships Use modern technology, including DentalAI, to support patient education Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient Who We're Looking For Active Washington Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility for licensure CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical hygiene skills Excellent patient communication Team-oriented and dependable Commitment to thorough, high-quality care Comfortable learning and using modern dental technology Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software is helpful New graduates are welcome. Mentorship is available for hygienists who are beginning their careers and want a supportive environment to build confidence and strong clinical habits.
