You will bridge medical oversight with daily operations, leading by example to deliver our signature luxurious and calming experience. Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Serve as the day-to-day clinical lead, supervising IV RNs/LPNs and ensuring strict adherence to Medical Director protocols. Training & Development: Onboard, train, and conduct competency assessments for all clinical staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Quality & Safety: Oversee clinical inventory (vials, supplies), manage expiration logs, and lead monthly safety/quality audits. Serve as first point of contact for clinical incident management and reporting. Direct Client Care: Administer IV therapies with exemplary technique, providing a serene, educational, and safe experience for clients. Protocol Refinement: Collaborate with the Medical Director to refine and improve clinical workflows and standing orders. Qualifications Active, unencumbered Tennessee RN license, BLS and AED certification. Minimum 5 years nursing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership, charge nurse, or Extensive, expert-level proficiency in venipuncture and IV therapy. Experience in an ambulatory/outpatient practice, ER, ICU, or infusion center highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to create psychological safety and mentor a team.
