CT Technologist

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in Detroit, Michigan. This opportunity is ideal for a CT Tech with strong diagnostic imaging experience who is comfortable working overnight shifts in an acute-care hospital setting.

Position Details

• Start Date: September 8, 2026
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations according to established protocols and physician orders
• Prepare and position patients safely for CT procedures
• Operate CT imaging equipment and ensure quality diagnostic images
• Administer contrast media as permitted by facility protocols and credentials
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to any changes
• Maintain accurate patient and imaging documentation
• Follow radiation safety, infection-control, and patient-safety procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team
• Ensure CT equipment and the imaging area are maintained according to department standards

Requirements

• Active CT Technologist credentials/license as applicable
• Minimum 2 years of CT Tech experience
• Recent hospital or acute-care imaging experience
• Strong knowledge of CT procedures and patient positioning
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Excellent patient-care and communication skills
• Must be available for the full 13-week contract
