Patient Appointment Scheduling Specialist – Call Center

Full-Time | In-Office Position

We’re hiring experienced, dependable Call Center Representatives to join a fast-paced healthcare scheduling team. In this role, you’ll connect with patients and help schedule appointments with audiology providers while delivering a friendly, professional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments

• Provide friendly, professional customer service

• Clearly communicate appointment information and next steps

• Navigate computer systems and internet-based applications while speaking with patients

• Meet individual and team scheduling goals

• Maintain accurate information and documentation

• Provide consistent, dependable attendance and punctuality

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of inbound and/or outbound call center experience required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with internet browsers

• Goal-oriented and motivated to meet performance expectations

• Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude

• Dependable with a strong commitment to attendance

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule

Candidates must have open availability for an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and be available to work a 5-day workweek that includes weekends .

Training:

2 weeks, Monday–Friday

8:00 AM–5:00 PM
