Mental Health LPN - Supplemental Workforce

Mental Health LPN - Supplemental Workforce Hourly position with pay of $26.76/hour. Schedule: Part‑time. Work Hours: Variable/As needed. Primary location: 3000 Erie Street South, Massillon, OH 44646 (OCSEA Pay Range Schedule). Responsibilities Provide medication, education, and empowerment to individuals. Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, and response to medication. Monitor patient health including vital signs, treatment plan progress, and activity participation. Serve as a multi‑disciplinary team member that creates a safe and positive environment through safety and observation rounds and group facilitation. Qualifications License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 Ohio Revised Code, and proof of completion of an approved course in medication administration. Note: Licensed Practical Nurses who administer dialysis treatment must possess Certification in IV Therapy pursuant to Section 4723.17 Ohio Revised Code.
