Service Advisor | High Traffic Store

Job Description Kelly Nissan of Route 33 is growing and looking to add motivated, customer-focused Service Advisors to our high-volume service department. We are looking for energetic professionals who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping manage a fast-paced service drive. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and creating long-term customer relationships, this is a great opportunity to build a successful automotive career. Previous automotive experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong customer service backgrounds from industries such as hospitality, restaurants, retail, or sales. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with vehicle service needs Write repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly Coordinate with technicians and service staff throughout the repair process Keep customers updated on vehicle status and timing Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs Deliver a professional and positive customer experience Help maintain strong CSI and customer retention What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Organized and detail-oriented Automotive service advisor experience preferred Reynolds & Reynolds or dealership software experience is a plus Team-oriented mentality with a drive to succeed Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay plan High customer traffic and strong earning potential Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid vacation Career growth opportunities Full-time position Supportive team environment Why Kelly Nissan?
