Electro Mechanical Technician (All Shifts) | $27.00–$44.80/hr | Milwaukee, WI (Lincoln Ave.)

We're building a maintenance operation that runs on a plan, not on adrenaline. What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, working to the root cause so problems stay fixed.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable controls.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and help us build predictive maintenance using equipment data and condition monitoring.
• Spend your time fixing causes, not chasing the same symptoms every shift.

Pay:

$27.00–$44.80/hour based on experience, plus shift premiums on 2nd and 3rd shift

Schedule:

Hiring on 2nd (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.), and 3rd (10:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m.). Enjoy a  predictable rotating schedule with  every other weekend off and  built-in overtime opportunities as part of your regular schedule.
