Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care on a 19-bed Medical/Surgical unit, promoting patient and family-centred care, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education is a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree with RN licensure; a Bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience are preferred. No supervisory experience is necessary. Preferred candidates have a BSN and Med Surg experience.
