$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. • Monday through Friday 8am 5pm plus rotating weekends
• 6.5 points per day patient load
• Start of care and recertification visits required
• CHF, orthopedic, and pneumonia patient population
• One year experience required
• BLS certification required
• 13 week assignment length
• Holiday rotation required
