Services Analyst

The Delivery Excellence team supports Akamai's 2,500+ person Global Services and Support organization. This organization is made up of Professional Services, Customer Support, and Account Management. The team uses complex data and action‑driven tools/models to influence operational efficiency, quality and compliance. Partner with the best Services Analyst supports end-to-end implementation of simple and highly complex reporting. The timeline of implementation may range from days to months depending on complexity. Services Analysts will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify business risks through data analysis and make recommendations. Responsibilities Developing financial forecasts and business models; managing updates in Anaplan, Tableau, and Microsoft Office tools. Assisting in monthly reporting through variance analysis and trends; providing accurate insights on financial performance. Managing costs, budgets, and leading compensation planning activities. Defining the needs of the business through collaborative requirements gathering sessions. Designing user friendly customized reporting and dashboards by thoroughly understanding the use cases adopted by the business. Analyzing data for patterns, trends, or risks and identifying mitigation options and recommendations to share with stakeholders. Qualifications Have 2+ years' relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. Have development experience on business intelligence reporting platforms such as Tableau, Anaplan etc. Have experience demonstrating analytical skills with ability to provide data backend analysis. Have exposure to confidential data handling. Have great initiative for results, ability to handle ambiguity and cross team dynamics.
