Success depends on how you react—or don’t react—in crises, staying a step ahead of potential dangers, identifying them, and managing them professionally and in accordance with policies. (Tip: Meditation can be very helpful.) About you... Passionate about safety and security with relevant experience. A post-secondary diploma, degree, or industry-related certifications are a plus. Experience in safety and security operations, being a team player, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure are essential.
