Work Environment\nThis position offers a fully remote work setting, tailored for professionals who are comfortable working independently while collaborating with colleagues across locations. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the individual needs of children and their families, utilizing evidence-based practices. \n
- Participate in the comprehensive development of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring plans to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of outcomes. \n
- Engage in regular meetings with the care team to discuss and evaluate progress, challenges, and changes to the assigned IFSPs, while ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations. \n
- Provide supportive and informative resources to families, creating a cohesive support system that enhances child development. \n
- Develop rapport with clients, employing a coaching model and natural environment teaching to support learning and growth. \n
- Monitor and record progress and outcomes, adjusting service frequency based on ongoing assessments of child development status and family priorities. \n
- Adhere to the highest standards of professional practice, ensuring the health and safety of all staff and individuals served at the Detox Center. \n
The LCSW will primarily work with children from birth to three years old who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. This early intervention is crucial for helping these young clients learn skills that are fundamental to their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development. By focusing on individualized support, the LCSW contributes to essential child developmental milestones, nurturing not only the child’s growth but also empowering families to effectively support their children's journeys.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required. \n
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado. \n
- At least one year of experience working directly with young children in early intervention settings. \n
- A valid driver’s license may be necessary for facilitating visits or assessments. \n
- Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment practices and the ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse learning styles. \n
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a dynamic caseload effectively. \n
- Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and rapport with families and team members. \n
