This is not just an "order placer"; this is the person responsible for color, quantity, and logo accuracy, while keeping the orders on track and exceeding client expectations!
The Purchasing Assistant will enter and verify all purchase orders (vendor, SKU, item specs, color, imprint method, etc.). Audit proofs for logo placement, color accuracy, and copy correctness. Work directly with vendors to maintain accurate order details, revisions, special approvals, delivery dates, etc.
Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in production, purchasing, and/or order management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; assertive, clear, and confident. Exceptional attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines. QuickBooks Enterprise, SAGE or similar order system experience.
Normal Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 - 5. Criminal/Drug Testing.
