Speech-Language Pathologist – Kennett Square, PA

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide school-based services in the Kennett Square, PA area. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, making this a great option for SLPs looking for either a consistent full-time caseload or additional flexibility.

School-based or pediatric experience is not required. Our experienced Clinical Directors provide the mentorship, guidance, and clinical support needed to help you succeed in the school setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in a school-based setting
• Evaluate students and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and other members of the educational team
• This is a 1099 Independent contracting position, allowing for greater flexibility.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Pennsylvania SLP license/certification
• ASHA certification or Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for helping children reach their communication and academic goals

We also offer assistance with IEP development, student progress monitoring, documentation and reporting, as well as continuous professional development through training opportunities and CEUs.
