LPN/LVN – Long Term Care
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN specializing in Long Term Care to join their travel team in Skowhegan, ME. This role requires a skilled nursing professional ready to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care – Travel include:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and document observations accurately
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care – Travel include:
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of Maine
- Previous experience in a long-term care setting
- Current BLS certification
