Finish Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for crafting and installing high-quality woodwork, trim, cabinetry, and other finishing elements in residential projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, has a strong eye for detail, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, moldings, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finishing components. Ensure all finished work meets quality standards for fit, alignment, and appearance. Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a related carpentry role. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to measure and cut with precision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in varied environments. Preferred High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or vocational training is a plus. Experience with both residential finish work. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
