Responsibilities

Position Summary: Manage multi-faceted accounting operations, focusing on the accurate recording, verification, and entry of incoming customer payments. This role balances administrative accuracy with high-touch customer service to optimize revenue collection workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and input daily customer invoices, checks, and transactional updates.

• Communicate professionally with customers to manage payment collections and clear overdue balances.

• Investigate, research, and resolve billing discrepancies using corporate software databases.

• Address inbound inquiries over the telephone in a helpful and professional manner.

• Provide project-based and administrative backup support to the broader accounting team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or higher paired with professional accounting/billing experience.

• Proficient in standard computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.
