RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical specialists on robot assembly and integration.
• Build, integrate, and test complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Route, install, and service high-reliability cabling and wiring harnesses.
• Design, prototype, and build manufacturing jigs and fixtures to improve build quality and test efficiency.
• Fabricate and modify machined parts and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) components as needed.
• Support all phases of the manufacturing lifecycle, providing direct technical feedback to engineering.
• Assist in developing, documenting, and optimizing assembly and build workflows.
• Support the organization, maintenance, and flow of on-site manufacturing areas.
• Provide potential offshore travel support for field operations and testing as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of relevant mechanical/assembly experience (automotive, marine, aerospace, or industrial equipment).
• Familiarity with standard fabrication processes, basic hand and power tools, and plastic/metal component manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, professionally, and cross-functionally.
• Solid foundational understanding of hardware manufacturing life cycles.
• Demonstrated experience working from technical documentation, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
