Are you passionate about wellness, helping people, and creating great customer experiences? We're looking for two friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team at Stemology and Cap & Stem in Ann Arbor.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and answer customer questions.
• Educate customers about current promotions, loyalty programs, and new products.
• Operate the POS system to process sales, returns, and cash or card transactions accurately.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Assist with inventory by receiving shipments, restocking products, and completing inventory counts.
• Work closely with your team to meet sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager to support daily operations.
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional, positive work environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Skills & Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, cashiering, or another customer-facing role preferred.
• Comfortable operating a cash register and POS system.
• Experience balancing cash drawers.
• Basic math and money-handling skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
