Position OverviewA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.

Compensation Range:

$21.80 - $32.60 per hour, depending on experience

Sign-on Incentive:

Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500.Early-career candidates may qualify for up to $12,500 in tuition forgiveness.

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines

Preferred:

• Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)
