What You’ll Do
- Inspect sold residential HVAC installations before the date of installation
- Fabricate and modify sheet metal ductwork (tin) on site or in shop
- Read layouts and adapt as needed for clean installs
- Manage teams to maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
- Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate with installers, managers, and customers as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven residential HVAC install experience and ability to communicate effectively with installers and customers
- Strong sheet metal / tin fabrication skills (required)
- Pride in clean, crisp workmanship
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Willingness to step up and take initiative
