HVAC Installation Manager

Job Description

What You’ll Do

Inspect sold residential HVAC installations before the date of installation
Fabricate and modify sheet metal ductwork (tin) on site or in shop
Read layouts and adapt as needed for clean installs
Manage teams to maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Communicate with installers, managers, and customers as needed

What We’re Looking For

Proven residential HVAC install experience and ability to communicate effectively with installers and customers
Strong sheet metal / tin fabrication skills (required)
Pride in clean, crisp workmanship
Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
Willingness to step up and take initiative
