Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Salary: $120,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions, including campaign operations, campaign management, and customer data management.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, customer engagement technologies, promotional processes, and the platforms that support them.
• Experience contributing to at least two full-lifecycle campaign management, MRM, SFMC, Adobe Campaign, or comparable digital marketing projects.
• Understanding of digital channels, Next Best Action (NBA), event-triggered campaigns, real-time marketing, multichannel programs, and ROI measurement.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud data architecture and data models, as well as SAP, IP warming, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobileConnect, REST and SOAP APIs, and third-party data integrations.
• Experience with send management, segmentation, reporting, microsite and Salesforce integrations, A/B testing, AMPscript, CloudPages, landing pages, Smart Capture, HTML, CSS, lead management, account configuration, dynamic content, custom reporting, and triggered sends.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and current digital marketing trends, including mobile integration, data management, and online/offline channel integration.
• Ability to independently gather requirements, recommend client best practices, work autonomously, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: experience developing technical solution proposals covering architecture, licensing, configuration, sizing, and scalability; working with other campaign management platforms; and administering or installing marketing technology platforms.
• Preferred: strong SQL and customer data management skills, front-end development experience with HTML and CSS, and exposure to personalization using AEM or Autonomy, SEM, SEO, DMPs, and third-party ad exchanges.
• Preferred: knowledge of second- and third-party data sources and their integration into multichannel campaigns, along with JavaScript, XML, web services, SOAP calls, REST APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Preferred: solution architecture experience with cloud-based marketing platforms and CRM ecosystem integrations.

• Analyze requirements and provide marketing insights for existing and planned programs.
• Act as a liaison during technology implementations, clarifying requirements, guiding stakeholders, and supporting testing of new or enhanced capabilities before production release.
• Gather requirements, design campaigns, map customer data, develop solutions, and deploy campaign initiatives.
• Help develop and improve marketing capabilities, automation initiatives, and large-scale campaign management programs.
• Participate in pre-sales and sales support for marketing automation solutions.
• Lead or support large-scale technology implementation and marketing services projects.
• Recommend approaches for solution design, architecture, scalability, and platform integration.
