Relevate AI is an AI-powered sales and marketing platform developed by Contata that helps organizations turn customer and prospect data into measurable revenue growth. Through identity resolution, audience intelligence, data activation, and analytics, Relevate AI enables agencies, direct mail providers, marketing service organizations, and brands to execute more effective marketing programs and deliver better business outcomes. Position Overview Contata is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth for Relevate AI within the agency, direct mail, print, and marketing services ecosystems. This is a true hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing new strategic relationships. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging executive decision makers, managing complex sales cycles, and creating new business opportunities from the ground up. Unlike a traditional SDR or high-volume sales role, this position focuses on a smaller number of high-value opportunities and strategic partner relationships capable of generating meaningful long-term revenue growth. Typical Target Accounts Marketing agencies Print service providers Marketing service organizations Customer communication providers Multi-location marketing organizations Data-driven marketing companies Enterprise brands seeking audience intelligence and activation solutions Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities Develop relationships with executive decision makers Build and manage a targeted list of strategic accounts Generate and qualify high-value opportunities Solution Selling Lead discovery discussions Conduct executive presentations and demonstrations Develop business cases and proposals Navigate complex sales cycles Negotiate and close new business agreements Partner Development Establish strategic partner relationships Identify reseller and white-label opportunities Expand existing partner relationships Market Development Represent Relevate AI at industry events and conferences Build relationships across the marketing services ecosystem Monitor industry trends and competitive activity Ideal Candidate Experience 5–8 years of enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management experience Demonstrated success in a hunter role with responsibility for sourcing and closing net-new business Experience selling complex solutions to executive decision makers Experience managing multi-month sales cycles and strategic accounts Strongly Preferred Experience selling into marketing agencies, direct mail providers, print service organizations, marketing service providers, or customer communication companies Experience with marketing technology, data, audience development, analytics, CRM, customer engagement, or AI-driven marketing solutions Success Characteristics Highly motivated self-starter Strong relationship builder Executive presence Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment Curious about data, AI, and modern marketing technologies What Success Looks Like New strategic partner acquisition New enterprise logo acquisition Growth of Relevate AI revenue Expansion of audience intelligence and activation services Development of repeatable partner and channel relationships Why Join Us Relevate AI is helping transform how agencies, marketing service providers, and direct mail organizations use data, AI, and audience intelligence to drive growth.
