You will ensure they are able to consistently produce high-quality output by providing guidance and support for all facets of software delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, tooling, and support. You will serve as a strong, versatile hands-on technical leader to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing environment.What you haveRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field10+ years of progressive experience in IT across Software Engineering/Development roles5+ years of people leadership, supporting highly technical individuals5+ years of experience running small to medium-sized projects and initiativesExperience leading efforts to drive the adoption of generative AI and machine learning technologies throughout the SDLC, overseeing AI-assisted code generation, debugging, and architectural design.Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) processes in planning, implementation and support of business applications, including change & release managementA strong knowledge of, and demonstrated expertise in, software design, development, testing, maintenance and support is requiredProfessional experience assembling and leading teams that developed distributed scalable enterprise-class applications with a few of the following technologies: C#, ASP, .NET, Delphi, Angular, SQL Server, Oracle, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, SAML, OAuth, REST and SOAP-based APIsStrong leadership, communication, facilitation, and motivational skills, with the ability to build rapport with and influence team members, peers, and partnersAbility to attract, engage and retain top, diverse technical talentAbility to coach team members, to aid identifying and achieving their personal and professional development goalsUnderstand and leverage team member strengths to accomplish team, organization, and corporate goalsClient-focused mindset, driven to understand and exceed the expectations of our internal and external customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical issues to peers, partners, all levels of the technology organizationPreferred QualificationsExperience with Test Driven DevelopmentFinancial Services industry experienceExperience with the Atlassian suite of products (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo)Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as PCF, GCP and AWS is preferredA software engineering background preferredIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-123900Posted Date: 3 weeks ago(7/13/2026 4:12 PM)Category: Engineering & Software DevelopmentSalary Range: USD $168,000.00 - $201,000.00 / YearApplication deadline: 8/12/2026Position Type: Full time
