Clinical Psychologist – Veteran Disability Assessments

We are looking for a committed Clinical Psychologist to join our organization, focusing on medical evaluations for U.S. Veterans as part of the disability benefits process through the VA. In this role, you will assess behavioral health records securely online and conduct thorough in-person evaluations for each Veteran.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-person disability evaluations for U.S. Veterans.
• Examine and interpret electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
• Document findings accurately and complete necessary VA forms.

Note: This position does not involve treatment or medication prescriptions. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is responsible for making disability determinations, not the provider.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days a week (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
• Location: In-person role.
• Caseload: Average of 4 Veterans per day.
• Equipment Provided: Computer and all necessary documentation tools.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA Accredited program.
• Holds an active and unrestricted Psychology license.
• Comfortable utilizing technology for record reviews and documentation.
