Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: El Paso, TX (Onsite – Daily) Salary: $60,000 annually About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in El Paso. This is a fully onsite position requiring a hands‑on professional with strong GAAP knowledge, leadership experience, and a proven track record of stability and accuracy in accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee daily accounting activities in accordance with GAAP Manage and execute cash reconciliations with a high level of accuracy Review financial data and ensure timely and accurate reporting Supervise and support accounting staff, providing guidance and leadership Identify and resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Utilize Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university 4–5 years of hands‑on accounting experience (GAAP required) Strong expertise in cash reconciliation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience Demonstrated career stability Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Burnett Staffing Specialists
