Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and craft personalized therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Deliver evidence-based treatments aimed at enhancing patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure seamless, comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy techniques to support ongoing progress at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Track clinical outcomes meticulously and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their recovery path.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education and additional certifications.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory.
