As a Series B venture backed by over $11 million in funding, Our client is s pecialized cybersecurity company that provides quantum-secure, mathematically unbreakable encryption utilizing digitized One-Time Pad Symmetric Keys

ROLE PURPOSE


Own what gets built and why. Set and own product strategy and the roadmap across the Integrated Trust Platform and its product lines. Peer to the Chief Technology Officer, who owns how it gets built. Leads the product and customer-facing functions: product management, customer enablement, customer support, and the design partner program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* Set and own the product vision and roadmap across the platform and its product lines, including identity authentication, data protection, and secure transport (QPN).
* Partner with the CEO, CTO, and Chief Scientist to translate the cryptographic core into commercial products with clear, defensible positioning.
* Prioritize the roadmap against design partner needs, certification requirements, and engineering capacity, and keep it focused and deliverable.
* Build and lead the product organization, including product management, customer enablement, customer support, and the design partner program.
* Define product requirements and own the Product Requirements Document that gates each build.
* Shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with commercial leadership.
* Represent the product to design partners, customers, and prospects, including regulated and security-sensitive accounts.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS


* 10 or more years in product leadership, including senior product roles at a security, infrastructure, or enterprise software company.
* Track record owning product strategy and roadmap for technical B2B products sold to enterprise or regulated buyers.
* Strong grasp of cybersecurity, identity, or cryptography concepts, enough to work credibly with a deeply technical team.
* Experience building and leading product teams, and ideally customer-facing teams.
* Ability to translate complex technology into clear value propositions and hold a roadmap to a focused set of commitments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* Background in encryption, identity and access management, zero trust, or post-quantum cryptography.
* Experience selling into government, defense, financial services, or other regulated sectors.
* Familiarity with security certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
Source senior product leaders (VP Product, CPO, Head of Product) from security, infrastructure, or enterprise software companies who have owned strategy and roadmap for technical B2B products sold to enterprise or regulated buyers. Encryption, identity and access management, zero trust, and post-quantum backgrounds are the strongest fit.
