Hudson Talent Solutions

Our client, a fast-moving beauty and personal care company with a portfolio of well-known consumer brands, is seeking a Global Innovation Manager to oversee product pipeline execution, renovation initiatives, and commercialization readiness across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a highly organized project leader with experience in CPG, beauty, personal care, haircare, or adjacent categories who can manage complex product development timelines, artwork workflows, cross-functional approvals, and global launch requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new product innovation and existing SKU renovation projects through a structured stage-gate process, ensuring milestones, owners, risks, and timelines are clearly tracked.
  • Own and maintain project briefs, pipeline trackers, launch checklists, and status reporting for leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate artwork development and approval workflows across creative, regulatory, R&D, operations, and print/production partners.
  • Ensure packaging copy, claims, ingredient listings, compliance requirements, and market-specific adaptations are accurately reflected before release to print.
  • Partner with Brand, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory, Finance, and regional/local market teams to keep projects moving on time, on spec, and commercially ready.
  • Support global commercialization planning by balancing consistency across markets with local regulatory, language, packaging, and launch timing needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in product development, innovation, brand management, commercialization, or project management within CPG, beauty, personal care, haircare, or adjacent categories.
  • Experience managing multi-country or global product pipelines, artwork processes, packaging updates, claims, regulatory approvals, or SKU renovation initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline across timelines, approvals, artwork, claims, and commercialization milestones.
