About the Role:
Atlantic Mobile Imaging Services is looking for a driven and organized Lead Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Ormond Beach, FL. This is a key leadership role where you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our mobile imaging services run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily dispatch schedules for mobile imaging technologists and equipment
• Monitor Fleet with routine checks and maintenance
• Supervise orders from Providers and monitor assigned orders dispatched to techs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service requests, facilities, and field staff
• Monitor and optimize routing to ensure timely patient care and service delivery
• Lead and mentor dispatch team members, providing guidance and support during shifts
• Communicate effectively with healthcare facilities, drivers, and technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, service calls, and operational data
• Identify and escalate operational issues, ensuring swift resolution to minimize service disruptions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Medical office, dispatch, logistics coordination, or a related field required
• Experience in healthcare, medical transport, or mobile imaging services strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with dispatch software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed
