The Lodge at Whitefish Lake , one of Montana's AAAFour Diamond resorts, is seeking a Groundsperson to join ourGuest Services Team through October. $16 - $18 Hourly DOE.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
The Groundsperson is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, andoverall upkeep of outdoor property areas to ensure a safe, welcoming, andvisually appealing environment for guests and staff. This position supportsdaily grounds maintenance operations, seasonal landscaping, and generalexterior property care throughout the resort.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, parking areas, and outdoor guest spaces
• Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, watering, planting, and weed control -Remove trash, debris, snow, and ice from outdoor areas as needed -Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance and outdoor projects
• Monitor grounds for safety hazards and report maintenance concerns-Support setup and breakdown of outdoor events and activities when required -Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance and storage areas -always Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and management teams.
