The Neonatal ICU Lactation Consultant is an important member of the multi‑disciplinary team who coordinates, plans, and monitors patients and families related to breastfeeding. The consultant develops feeding plans to include breastfeeding and breast pump support as needed and provides education to patients, families, and staff. The consultant conducts daily bedside lactation rounds and serves as a breastfeeding advocate. Salary Range Minimum $43.61 per hour – Maximum $67.59 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
