Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
• Check guests in/out, handle reservation modifications.
• Keep your area neat, clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with other departments and management
• Meet and or exceed guest and management expectations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring a positive experience at the front desk

Requirements

• Previous Hotel experience desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and general computer literacy
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in spreadsheets or databases
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and client communication abilities
• Previous experience in front desk roles is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
