  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Hot Job## Qualifications**JOB QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required. MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred.* Minimum 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience. Executive leadership experience preferred. Experience in nonprofit finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or human services preferred. Experience with organizations exceeding $20 million in annual revenue preferred.* Must be able to communicate effectively and diplomatically in both oral and written form and be able to meet and work with the public.* Must be able to demonstrate proficient abilities and experience with a variety of computerized financial data processing systems and informational technology.* Must be able to communicate effectively and diplomatically in both oral and written form and be able to meet and work with the public.* Must be able to maintain payroll, financial, personnel, and information related to persons served as confidential and in accordance with the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act and the Policies and Procedures of Macon Resources, Inc.
