Housekeeping Attendant - Worlds of Fun Village

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Worlds of Fun Village , you'll be the friendly face guests turn to for help, answers, and park information. Free park admission Team member ride nights and special events Great experience for communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills What You’ll Do Ensure units are clean and prepared for Guest arrival Keep storage areas and carts well‑stocked, clean and tidy Remove and carry linens, towels, toilet items and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts Wash windows, walls, ceilings and woodwork Make up Guest beds, bathrooms and organize linen closets. Replenish supplies as needed in the units such as linens and bathroom items Help create a positive guest experience every day Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership What We’re Looking For Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with guests’ face‑to‑face and over the phone Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy situations Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to adapt quickly and problem‑solve Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather Strong teamwork skills and professional behavior Other Duties Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support park operations.
