Maintenance Technician - FULL TIME

Dura-Line is hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Elyria Garden Street location. DAY SHIFT --6AM-6PM on a 2-2-3 Schedule Every Other Weekend is a 3-DAY WEEKEND!!!! Total of 84 hours for a pay period (76 regular hours & 9 hours of overtime) Paid Bi-Weekly As a Maintenance Technician you will assist in all our production departments, primarily the Extrusion department in repairing and maintaining all equipment necessary. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude with bearings, gears, sprockets, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps and related equipment. Assist all departments with equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs. Perform basic facilities maintenance as needed. troubleshoot electrical circuits. Assist the maintenance crew with rebuilds, shutdowns and installations. Follow all safety rules, policies and procedures. Fabricate equipment and components for production as needed. High school diploma or skilled trades education preferred.

• 2+ years of hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools and electrical devices.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and experience using maintenance systems.
• Physical requirements include working around obstacles and fork trucks; climbing ladders and equipment; working on the plant floor for 8–12 hours; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits Starting Day One!!

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
